UV-Cut fiber--Modified Polyester Staple Fiber

    This fiber is made by adding Nano-TiO₂ at the process of polymerization. This fiber can reflect UV; Furthermore, it can selectively absorb UV and then transform it to heat energy and other harmless forms.
      We took part in the state key project , "Nano-TiO₂ UV-Cut fiber", it had been inspected and accepted by the National Technology Department by the end of November 2004.
The white shirting made by 80s/2 yarn (70% UV-Cut fiber/30% cotton) underwent the test by Intertek Testing Service Ltd. , Shanghai and was proved to possess excellent UV-cut effect.
T(UVA ) =1.403% , T(UVB) =0.679%, UPF=134.239.
