High shrinkage Moisture management & Anti pilling and fuzzing fiber--Modified Polyester Staple Fiber

       The traditional polyester has many shortcomings, such as bad handle, easy pilling, large consumption of energy for high temperature pressure dyeing, Besides, it is difficult to dye and finish when blended with natural fibers, and its wearing safety performance is poor if ordinary dying. The fiber has no property of moisture management. The garment made by them is fuggy. Most of water transport fibers are made from common PET chips, whose property is got by changing their cross-section and increasing the specific surface area, so their function is simplex, and can not change them in essence.
       Therefore, we developed the new fiber with honeycomb paths and these paths run through from inside to outside.It is a fiber with soft handle, anti-pilling and puzzing, moisture management, dyeing on low temperature and so on. It can be spun with all kinds of fibres and its functions do not change. On the condition of 180190 high temperature setting, It can overcome the shortcomings of common polyester fibers such as setting fastness, sublimating fastness. The wearing safty has met the standard of GB-18401. The property of this fiber is permanence and environmental.

Features

·Absorb moisture, quick dry, breathe freely

  The fiber is filled with honeycombed paths, moreover, these paths run through from inside to  

   outside. Via these paths, it can absorb moisture quickly and disperse them to the surface of 

   fabric, and ensure your skin dry and comfortable. The absorbing moisture and diffusion ablity

   is higher than cotton 40%50%, the drying ablity is higher than cotton 40%50%, the breath  

   ablity is better than cotton 30%40%.

· Anti pilling and fuzzing can reaches over 3.5 grade.
· Easy dyeing

     Normal temperature and pressure, ECDP, dyeing temperature on 82-100, fresh color effect

    of pigmentation. The color fastness can be over 4-grade, with good wearing safty.
· Soft handle

     The fabric feels soft rather than hard as that made by the traditional polyester fiber. 
· Permanent effect

      Quick dry after water washed, and keep the property forever, no matter how to wash and  

      how many times.

      Its shrinkage reaches up to 25~55. The feeling is as velveteen. It is widely used. It can be spun pure yarn, at the same time, it can be spun with cotton, wool, spun silk, linen and other chemical fibers.
      It applies to changing the style of the fabric. in particular for leisure suits, underwear, and top grade fashion suits.
