Thermal fiber--Modified Polyester Staple Fiber

      This fiber is made of the special modified chip by the special spinneret and spinning method. The section and surface of the fiber is both honeycomb-like structure, and has many small holes inside. This fiber can stock heat energy which helps for keeping warm and with the property of moisture transfer control, Anti pilling, easy dyeing and good luster, fleecy handle. The knitgoods made by this fiber have good thermal property. The result of national level testing organization shows that the thermal rate can be 38.94% in 156.4g/ m2 drying weight. It is the preferred material and it is widely used in winter.

·Warmth and lightness effect

     The section and surface of the fiber is both honeycomb-like structure, adding the hollow

     inside (big specific area), the fiber is light like feather. The fabric made by it prevents the air

     circulation, so it is light and warm. This fabric can also absorb and store the heat energy

     from body which is good for thermal.

     The fiber can absorb the water emanating from body (high ability of hygroscopic) which can

     make the body dry and comfortable.

· Easy dyeing

      Normal temperature and pressure, dyeing temperature on 83-95, fresh color effect of 

      pigmentation. The color fastness can be over 4-grade, with good wearing safty.

· Soft and fleecy handle

      Changing the bad handle ot traditional polyester, and the fabric made of it with soft and

      fleecy handle.

· Permanent effect

      Quick dry after water washed, and keep the property forever, no matter how to wash and

      how many times.
